Jarvis Christian University prohibits sexual harassment in any form by any member of the faculty, staff, or student body. The University is committed to creating and maintaining an environment for all University personnel and students that is free of harassment, forced sexual activity, or any other sexual communication or conduct that interferes with performance in the classroom or the workplace. Persons found in violation of the Jarvis Christian University Sexual Harassment Policy will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include written warning, suspension, transfer, demotion, dismissal, and/or arrest of local authorities.
